The blasting hole drill independently developed by china famous factory is suitable for rock hardness coefficient f4~20, standard hole depth 19m, maximum hole depth 48m, hole diameter range φ165~φ310mm, covering all types of large-scale open-pit mine rock drilling operations.
· Hydraulically driven large torsion power head, symmetrically arranged double plunger motor, two-stage spur gear reduction, simple, reliable and stable structure. The main shaft is connected to the drill rod through a rubber flexible shock absorber, effectively reducing the load of the drill rig and the whole machine
· The pressurization mechanism composed of oil cylinder + wire rope + chain, the oil cylinder wire rope mechanism is used when pressurizing, and the oil cylinder chain is used when lifting the dan, ensuring that the pressurization and lifting process is stable and reliable, accurately controlling and adjusting the shaft pressure, and the lifting speed is fast
· The double rock drilling operation mode of cone wheel and down-the-hole drilling has high perforation efficiency in different rock qualities and rock formations
· Equipped with a high drill rig, the maximum hole depth of a single rod is 19m
· Three power systems: pure diesel, diesel-electric and pure electric, can work independently. When drilling and moving the machine over short distances, the motor pump system is used to save costs and protect the ecology.
· Standard configuration of two-stage dry dust removal, optional wet dust removal, high efficiency, energy saving, green and environmentally friendly
